Perfect for beginners or those returning to fitness. Includes 4 personal training sessions per month, a custom home workout plan, and basic nutrition guidance. You’ll get a fitness assessment and progress check-in at the end of the month. This plan builds proper technique, confidence, and consistency. Great for setting habits and testing your commitment. A solid base to start strong.
Elite Package – "Total Transformation"
Our most comprehensive program for those ready to go all-in. Includes 12 personal sessions per month, full nutrition planning, unlimited group classes, and weekly online coaching support. You get detailed body composition analysis, advanced performance tracking, and monthly progress reports. Perfect for athletes, professionals, or anyone chasing major results. Premium access, maximum accountability, total lifestyle change.
